Hi Serhan, Firstly, I'm sorry that you feel your experience is only worth a 1* review! In regards to the box we shipped the mug in, it is specially manufactured for shipping mugs and we use them everyday. There are instances when mugs break, usually caused by rough handling of the courier service, but thankfully these are quite rare. You chose to use Royal Mail standard delivery, outside of the UK this service offers no tracking information and it is set out clearly on our website with 3 shipping options available. When issuing the replacement for you we offered to upgrade the service to a courier (DPD) delivery but you stated that you wanted a next day service from FedEx which isn't a service we provide or a company that we work with. As you are based outside of the UK it simply wasn't possible for us to get the item to you the next day. As we couldn't provide the mug in the timescale that you required we did issue a full refund. We're always on hand to help and should you wish to discuss anything further please get in touch.

They put a porcelain coffee mug inside a thin carton box with no protection whatsoever and of course it was broken! Their opinion is that it is a safe way to send coffee mugs and they send it to many countries like that on a daily basis; I leave the final judgement to the readers photo of the package is attached. The shipment arrived quite late with no tracking information provided (apparently There is a delivery option with no tracking info and its my fault that I havent read the details - which I have no problem with. Nonetheless I struggle to understand the availability of an option without any tracking info, which resulted into a significant frustration when even they cant track the shipment and their response is it should arrive in a few days) I told them that this was a birthday gift and I would like the late-broken arrival to be sent with an express delivery, they told me its not possible. I told them that Fedex provides international express delivery and that it in fact is possible. Then they told me that they only work with DPD and they are around 3-4 days. Then I found the DPDs express service and their response to that was that express delivery is not in their deal with DPD and it is impossible for them to use it so they refused to send the product with an express delivery, instead they offer a standard delivery which was my first choice anyway (it arrived after two weeks). I got a refund of my purchase but the birthday surprise was late and finally ruined. My experience with this company is briefly seeing that Customer Service is more than just understanding frustrations rather than fixing them / reminding the client why things are not possible. This is simply because I already get the kind of service I require from other companies and I know that the things they say its not possible is in fact possible, but of course if your hands are tied to the contracts/deals its not your fault that you cant do anything. I advise the clients that read this review to just make their research about this company and not to take my words as a final judgement. I would think that there are other opinions out there that you can find about inkthreadable that would be more helpful to get the true idea about them.

I recently ordered a test print of one of my full colour designs that I have for sale in my store. When the item first arrived I was extremely impressed with the print and the quality it exceeded my expectations! However this was short lived, after just one 30 degree wash, the print started to flake and crumble causing the clothing item to look absolutely appalling. One thing I look for from a printed design is longevity and sadly this was not what I got. The item has since been thrown in the bin.

Inkthreadable has a very efficient and easy drop shipping system that i have been using. They allow you to print your designs on products such as shirts and mugs and the outcome is outstanding. I have been listing the products on my other shop and ordering from inkthreadable when somebody places and order on my site. The customer service is also very good! Very fast and helpful. Overall a good site for small businesses selling merchandise!

Avoid, do not use this POD for your business. Takes too many orders, boasts how they took everyones money and then doesn't send out products for multiple weeks whilst your customers are demanding refunds. Terrible website, terrible service, choose someone better who values their customers instead of being greedy.
